This policy explains what data Guardrails by baykAI collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We build inspection and masking tooling for LLM traffic, so we hold ourselves to the same standard we help our customers meet.

Data we collect

When you request a demo we collect your work email, company name, and the message you send us. When you visit the site we collect standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use contact details solely to respond to your request and to schedule the demo you asked for. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use demo-request details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Legal bases

We process personal data under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering a contract) for demo requests, and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest) for site security logs. Where Turkish KVKK applies, processing rests on the equivalent lawful grounds in KVKK Art. 5.

Retention

Demo-request messages are kept for as long as the conversation is active and deleted or anonymized within 12 months of the last contact, unless a contract follows.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Contact us using the address on the contact page and we will respond within the statutory period.

Sub-processors

We use a small set of infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) to operate this site. A current list is available on request.
